Great location close to city center.Once you are there try that Indian restaurant near by.

Maintenence works take place,on mornings noisy etc. They allowed a large family next to our room to stay,noise issue again.

Its location was ideal because we didnt have to walk a lot to go to strategic places such as Chinatown or busstops. Besides its staff is particularly helpful we won't forget the kindness of the two female receptionists Rina and Sheila. The male staff were all so hepful and all of them were always smiling. This hotel has a great plus thanks to its location but also to its human resource! The staff arranged for our taxi to the airport.

Only 1 thing was a little bit disturbing is the fact that the toilet and bathroom are not seperated and when someone takes his bath the toilet area gets all wet. The management should also consider giving free access to internet to its residents.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We have traveled through Malaysia 3 weeks and comparing with other hotels this one might be not the most modern but it is keep it very very clean and tidy.

convenient location right by the bus station, though sometimes rather noisy due to hindu environment. incredibly helpful staff with fluent English. Rooms are decent for this price, quite clean.

Mind that if you don't check in before 18.00 you're not getting your room (!!!!) at the arrival date. And all the hotels around are either too expensive or cheap and horrible!

Great location, next to a 24 hours restaurant and 7-11. I think for the price that you pay this hotel is already quite good.

The location was excellent, staff were friendly, wifi speed is fast and accommodation was value for money.

Everything what you can imagine is bad

the room was clean. i get what i requested, which is 3 rooms that was close to each other and all with a city view. the location was so close to pudu terminal (so it was so easy to go to and from the airport) and pasar seni & chinatown.

there were no breakfast provided and it was a little bit hard to find the entrance.

It's located in the middle of KL and walking distance to most of the places of interest. It's convenient for travelling/city tour. The beds is alright. Good for budget staying. (just finding a place to sleep)

Water pressure in shower room is really really low. Air-con takes very long to get cold. Old TV model, hard to watch the channels. A bit sceptical on the security part. The door locks is very old school type.

Close to China town, rooms on the back have a nice view on the garden, spacious rooms, clean, good service.

Noise from corridor, mattress was a bit too hard (for western standards)
